Join us for the largest private New Year's Eve party in Las Vegas as the Fremont Street Experience says so long to 2005 with three headline bands.

* Cheap Trick: Rockin' out since 1976, Cheap Trick is still going strong with a multitude of fan favorites such as, "I Want You to Want Me", "Voices", and "Don't Be Cruel".

* Gin Blossoms: The Grammy nominated band have been generating hits since the 1990's, that still resonate today. Hit songs include "Hey Jealousy", "Allison Road", "Found Out About You", "'Til I Hear It From You" and "Follow You Down".

* Spin Doctors: Early 90's, they broke out with their debut album, "Pocket Full of Kryptonite" and hit singles, "Little Miss Can't Be Wrong".
