~ On this night, the Moon was near full and surrounded by perfect clouds but not obscured. ~ A petite beautifully multi-colored ring danced the minuet around it. ~ Then, either I became very large or the Moon became very small ~ I had the sensation that I could pull it down and pin it on my lapel if I wanted to ~ and I did. ~ A little while later, a jet flew through the night sky ~ the contrail forming a silver strand across the surface of the Moon well beyond each side of it. ~ For this moment in time, the Moon was transformed into a single white pearl suspended on a silver cosmic strand ~ a glowing jewel created by artisans of synchronicity to grace the neck of the cosmic traveler. A rare gem protected in a satin cushion of clouds ~ A treasured heirloom handed down to the next soul with the desire to wear the Moon ~ My heart left it waiting there * for you * Ruby.
