What A Way To Make A Living!

Once in awhile you run across someone who just grabs your attention...and immediate respect. Stev e Sakal of Leaders Club is exactly that kind of person for me. I've been reading his contributions at the RichDad.com forums for awhile now. In fact I strongly suggest you trip on over to the Network Marketing board at RichDad.com and take in all the discussions there. Jump on in and share your own perspectives, tips, insights, and experiences too. The potential benefits to your personal and business growth...and the impact you could have on others....is enormous.

There's one particular contribution from Steve that every person in or considering network marketing should take to heart. Please read it slowly...word for word. Then read it again. It'll open your eyes.....and shed a beacon on the one real truth of this business AND life.

Fear – Courage - Compassion?

How does all that come together for us as we learn to build our Businesses?

At times there is a point when Fear can come into mind.

It takes Courage to overcome Fear.

Fear of Failure. Fear of looking or sounding silly. Fear of the negative "What if's."

In those times Courage and Internal Sustainable Motivation must be drawn upon.

It's not just in the "Why" or the "Want" either.

You can have the greatest, most noble, or logical "Why" or "Want" and that isn't what will drive you on a daily basis in the Network Marketing Industry towards long lasting Success. You will end up burning out.

It's Compassion that will give you the Courage to overcome your Fears.

Being Compassionate towards others (your Prospects and even your Downline) that are targets for the mainstream Hypsters, Controllers, and Deceivers.

Compassion for those that have a "Why" or a "Want" and being willing to always keep "their" best interest in mind "first."

Knowing "Why" you do this Network Marketing thing, and what you "Want" to achieve through it - takes a type of Courage that is Compassionately Driven.

Being willing to give before you receive. Accepting others just as they are. Not having an ulterior motive. Willing to earn the Trust of others before you have earned theirs. Being self-sacrificing and self-less.

Yes Selflessness is a virtue and is extremely rare. Just look around! Why because it takes Compassion, and the Courage to work it out of one's self.

Now that takes Courage, and it will not be Genuine unless it's driven by Compassion. When that occurs, all you can say as you travel through this Network Marketing Venture is...
