love this one possible accounting promlems noticed they are toooooo kind to the renters that owe them for more than 1 year. collecetors for the company need training to collect past due rents if they do this the earnings will soar..my kid worked for um and noticed these accounting differances.

I agree with the sentiment that the P/E ratio is just too high, even for a company with "Growth" in the title! Maybe that's what worries me the most...oh wait, no, it's the fact that they're in a sector that's going to get slammed in the next 5 years.

Worth $0.00 a share. Assets barely exceed debts and assets will be sold at fire sale prices. Bankruptcy play here, buy leap2010 puts and get the cash.

debt service issues due to REIT structure. Most of the cashflow has to be paid out to maintain tax status, so upcoming debt service requirements in a declining rental market will cause much anxiety here.
